Nine practices, one day, arranged before you wake
On the coordinating work that disappears once the practices finally speak to each other.
There was a time when the first thing you did each morning was decide. Train or leave it. What to eat, and whether yesterday changed the answer. Whether the run you skipped needed making up, and where on earth it would fit.
None of that is the practice. It is the administration of the practice, and it arrives before you have had anything to drink.
Sorted overnight
You describe your life to Niyavo once, at the beginning. After that the arranging happens without you. It reads what the night was and what the last few days of effort cost, then sorts the day accordingly: which practices lead today, which stay in support, which are better left resting.
It is finished before you open your eyes. You do not arrive at a blank day and build it. You arrive at one that has already been considered.
The work of being healthy should not include the work of coordinating it.
Still yours
Nothing is slipped onto your plan quietly. What Niyavo arranges is an arrangement, visible and reversible, and the day changes when you change it, not before.
So let the first thought of the morning be something other than logistics. Nine practices, one day, already in order. Nine spirits, one Niyavo.
